The Wyckoff Strategic Plan: Measuring Progress

A strategic plan is more than a document. It's a promise to the community.

In 2024, Wyckoff School District adopted a five-year Strategic Plan built around four priorities: Academic Excellence, Student & Staff Well-Being, State of the Art Facilities, Parent Engagement.

The questions we keep coming back to are simple: How do we know where we are on these goals? What has been completed? What is in progress? What still needs attention? What are students, staff, and families telling us? And when something isn't working, how are we responding?

We believe good governance means more than approving a plan. It means measuring progress, communicating openly, listening to the people affected, and holding ourselves accountable to the commitments we make.

That isn't criticism. That's accountability. And that's how we all move forward.
